Account Management - Responsible for account deliverables, timelines, stock, customer satisfaction including daily, weekly and monthly contacts, targets and goals Sales Pipeline - Manage accounts, lead and inquiry conversion rates, by account contract in my designated territory Responsible for attaining monthly numbers, both individually and as a team, through consistent sales training, evaluations and frequent consultations with the staff and Sales teams for each client territory Consistently monitor metrics which include unit sales, as well as quality checks and old or new business opportunities when they arise Receive performance feedback through coaching, formal evaluations and performance plans on a scheduled continuous basis to recognize and/or increase my daily and monthly performance standards Responsible for assisting sales and marketing teams in meeting the client’s budgets and deliverables
