I work at engines inc as a product and electrical support technician, and engine application engineer. I run application installation reviews for our John Deere, Yanmar, Kohler, and Ford industrial engine lines. Responsibilities for this include collecting pictures, temperature data, vibration data, and any other product information available. This information is then submitted to the engine manufacturer for approval of the application. I assist our service team both in engine and electrical support for John Deere, Yanmar, Kohler, and Ford engines. This includes communication through email, phone calls, and TeamView to assist customers with their issues experienced in field. We also offer local/in house service or repair on engines. This includes anything from maintenance, damage repairs, assistance with controller integration, or a complete engine overhaul.
