As a project engineer at EMCS, my responsibilities include multiple aspects of transportation planning, design, and construction. I am currently completing assignments on the IH 39 North Segment project in Dane County tasked with alternative evaluation, preliminary and final design, and preparation of final PS&E documents for multiple construction projects LET and/or scheduled for LET in 2014 through 2017. I am fluent in the use of Civil 3D and AutoCAD. Additionally, I am knowledgeable with other design software such as Microstation and AutoTurn. While working for Wisconsin Department of Transportation as a Student Engineering Trainee, some of my responsibilities included calculating quantities, delineating watersheds, developing typicals, intersections, median openings, and other roadway features in Microstation, construction observation, and assisting in the writing of an Environmental Impact statement.
