In design period: Interfaced as coordinator between customer-Taipei Metro and overseas system engineers in project for complying Detailed Design Review (DDR) and feeding site issues back to the customer or third-party suppliers for their improvements. Performed PICO test of all BT and third-party equipments.Construction and testing period:  Performed wayside system testing and commissioning including sub-system verification and testing Ran ATC system integrated operation test.Vehicles (EMU) retrofit period: Successfully retrofitted (modified) 51 Married Pair Vehicles manufactured by Matra Corp. into Bombardier new Cityflo 650 System including variable verifications and 300Km shuttle test and troubleshoot. Reliability test and Maintenance:  Responsible for ATC maintenance associated with the system reliability test of Mucha-Neihu project conducted by Taipei Metro.

 Managed the implementation schedule and delivery of communication system such as Clock system ,Auto-phone system ,Direction line system , OCC console in THSR R1 to R3 (Taipei to HsinChu). Led subcontractors’ workforce to install site construction works associated with communication system in THSR R1-R3. Responsible for testing and commissioning of delivered system in THSR R1 to R3.

 As Field Application Engineer (FAE), responsible for taking care 4 accounts of telecom operator, ChungHwa Telecom, Taiwan Mobile Corp, Taiwan Fixed Network, and TransAsia Telecom, to provide new products and solutions including applying DGT permit and inspection, site acquisition\design\engineering, network construction, quality and coverage improvement, logistics, network maintenance. As Project Manager, responsible for marketing and sales in Asia area and Taiwan including project bidding and seminar.

 Responsible for RF coverage design of indoor/outdoor mobile phone system and installation and maintenance of fiber repeater, totally completed 60 sites including co-construction of 5 mobile operators, departments and shopping mall, coverage improvement of mountain highway of #13 and #20, and high building. Supervised the construction of point to point and point to multi-point microwave of 2.4GHz&5.8GHz.
