In my career, Learning and development has been my passion since focusing on the industry in the mid-2010's. Providing employees a logistical, informational, and more importantly, a welcoming experience when learning a new job is one of the most important parts of L&D, as it is usually the 1st interaction an employee has with a company. For existing employees, enhancing their current internal library is the most important part of their career growth and engagement.
