Commercial real estate can be quite complicated for those who do not focus on the discipline daily. My top priority is working with office property occupiers and owners to assess their real estate needs and goals. Real estate is commonly the second largest expense a company will endure, behind only personnel. Taking a sophisticated approach to analyzing real estate requirements helps companies maximize the benefits of the capital allocated towards the space they occupy. It’s my objective to add value by leading this process for users of office space. When working with owners and landlords, my objective is to lead the process of finding new tenants to fill vacancies through elaborate marketing campaigns. I am privileged to work with some of the best companies in Central New York on a daily basis. Outside of the office I enjoy volunteering with the CenterState CEO Ambassadors Committee, the First Tee of Syracuse and the Central Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired. The Central New York area is close to my heart as it’s where I was born and raised.
