• Conducted Tidewater TBI Working Group to synchronize corporate knowledge and share best practices. Resulted in 66 participants across multiple DOD organizations: Wounded Warrior Advocates from USSOCOM, NECC, Wounded Warrior Regiment, and NWW, as well as MTF/embedded providers (medical/PHT) representatives from WRNMMC NICOE, Ft. Belvoir ISC, Camp Lejeune ISC, Ft. Bragg ISC, Eglin AFB ISC, and NMCP, and civilian organizations such as: DVBIC, Hampton VAMC, and Richmond VAMC• Monitored case management quality assurance standards for 100+ Sailors who were classified as CAT 1 -3, or NECC Only (transition assistance clients). Resulted in 58% increase in team case management quality. • Developed and led a task force to produce a virtual platform for 3,000+ distance and adult students world-wide to aid in retention, student development, and enhance their online learning experience. • Collaborated with 30+ local and national higher education and military affiliated organizations to create recruiting pipelines and bolster student life and retention. • Established partnership with CRU Campus Crusade for Christ and CRU Military to develop internship opportunities for entire campus of 11,000+ on-campus and online students at all ages and education levels/degree programs. • Hosted annual event for local JROTC students to visit Regent University campus and collaborate with national organizations.
