-Assisted lead engineer on implementation of LTE upgrades for multiple wireless carriers. Activities included but were not limited to: antenna upgrades; equipment shel-ters/cabinets; site layout for additional equipment, and tower replacement as needed. -Communicated regularly and consistently with contractors and vendors and was the lead contact/primary liaison for the design and placement of telecommunications equipment/structures; providing on-site construction management to make certain that all submittals were in order and, project areas of concern were effectively addressed to ensure client satisfaction and timely and accurate completion of work.-Conducted raw-land, collocation, and structural site visits/audits throughout New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania to determine the feasibility of construction (cable bridges, towers, loadings, and equipment shelters/cabinets), and coordinated utilities and site walks, and site access for cell site upgrades.-Generated/reviewed bid packages and prepared proposals for several projects inclusive of scope of work, personnel required, schedule, and budget.-Ensured compliance with contract requirements via thorough familiarization and understanding of project scope.-Supervised CAD operators in the development of accurate and complete construction drawings.-Coordinated and conducted a variety of construction inspections and quality assurance measures. -Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate records and project tracking systems for internal use with the project team to ensure timely project completion, and as a tool to provide clients with routine job status reports. -Responsible for routinely generating various geotechnical and civil engineering reports (e.g., field, progress, foundation design, subgrade, and environmental assessment). -Effectively communicated (orally and in writing) on a regular basis internally with senior staff and project teams, and externally with clients and vendors. 
