I am motivated to find a career that I can become part of a team and excel in. With my background in Law Enforcement, I have gained excellent communication and leadership skills. I am always ready to learn new things and strive to go above and beyond.Being promoted to a Detention Corporal in 2021 where I have proven that I can work under pressure, follow policy and procedure and be a team leader. Prior to being hired as a Detention Deputy I worked in the medical field and have a passion for helping those in need. Leadership excellence and decision-making skills have been proven effective in a variety of different environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to stay on task and get things done in a timely manner have been commended by supervisors. I am able to delegate tasks and work as a team. Additional experience working on the computer, charting and gathering patient information, obtaining vital signs and past medical history add to my value. Striving to learn something new every day I have continued education through the Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy and other organizations in Field Training Officer, Suicide Prevention and Sexual Assault Victim Interviewing, WRAP Restrain Instructor and Work Release Coordinator.
