- Conduct sales calls with Operators (cut and explain products brought in) based off customer needs and put together pricing programs based off information gathered. - Hit yearly sales goals set by the company such as overall Potato and Appetizer sales. - Make 15+ calls and 6+ cuttings a week and log calls in Salesforce. - Execute company sales plans for both existing and prospect customers. - Work with distributors (Sysco, Harbor Foodservice, US Foods, Alpine, NW Deli, PFG) at GSM’s, take part in their district meetings, update stock lists, and conduct market blitzes. - Work closely with CORE Group to train brokers on product and provide support - Handle situations that arrive regarding capacity, transportation issues, product complaints, and submit QA reports as needed. - Close LLO opportunities (20+ cs/wk) in an effort to grow market share. - Convert competitive products at the distribution level (recently accomplished at NW Deli). - Communicate with marketing when reached out regarding trends or customers that would be interested in marketing opportunities. - Collaborate with internal team to focus on completing objectives set by the company. - Engage in SCA practices and other company initiatives in mind to keep margins high.
