oversee maintenance operations for a small management company until company had matured. Supervised eight maintenance associates and twenty four small multifamily property's. handled all maintenance issues and came up with new and exciting ways to handle said issues. Built an amazing team. I left the company for lack of engagement with the original partners and the absence of leadership that had grown after we took over Walker/holder portfolio. Very blessed to have worked with the company in it's infancy.

The A/R position at GM assembly was my title. This position is "The HARDEST" for most as it consist of any and every job the general/paint/body/trim lines have to offer. When one doesn't show up for work what ever the reason behind it; A/R personnel are used to mitigate profit loss by keeping the steady 700-1300 jobs completed per shift. Having the ability to learn most all jobs within the first fifteen minutes of working it, opposed to the two week average landed me in this position within my first month working at GM. My mechanical aptitude had always existed but it wasn't until this great experience with GM I realized what an asset it was.
