"Retired" from the FBI in 2022 and dedicated to serving those who serve by taking the lessons learned from 30 years of service (USAF and FBI) and sharing them with those whom it may help. This is done by choosing to work only with those who I feel are seeking to make significant improvements in our society. Working with Dedication to Community (D2C) to bring police and community together, with Performance Protocol to get the best out of public servants, with ABLE and Heroes Intervene to prevent mistakes, lessen misconduct, and promote wellness in our public safety personnel, with many others to continue spreading the best practice lessons from the National Academy.
