As an experienced Operations Associate, I have successfully demonstrated my expertise in the financial services industry. With over ten years of experience working with outbound dialing platforms such as Unison, Aspect, and Noble, I have gained a deep understanding of how these platforms work and how to optimize their performance.One of my primary areas of focus has been testing in a lab setting. I have been responsible for ensuring that API/system upgrades are thoroughly tested to ensure that no bugs are introduced into production environments. This has been crucial in ensuring that our clients' operations run smoothly and efficiently.In addition to my technical skills, I am also skilled in Issue and INC management. In my previous role, I was responsible for documenting and managing all department incidents to ensure risk was mitigated. I also managed all open issues to ensure the timely completion of any EPROBS. This required me to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.As a current member of the IVR testing team, I am primarily focused on Natural Language Understanding (NLU) testing, which involves understanding how computers process human language. This process involves testing various aspects of the system, such as upgrades and changes to the API, to ensure that they function as expected and do not cause any bugs or defects in the production environment. My main goal is to ensure that the customer-facing environment is free from any issues that could negatively impact the user experience.To achieve this, I closely monitor the system and carry out rigorous tests to identify any potential issues or bugs. When I find any issues, I promptly report them to the developers, who work to address the problem promptly. My role is crucial in ensuring that the system is always up-to-date, efficient, and user-friendly, which is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
