-Under broad direction, responsible for managing allprojects, employees, estimating, equipment and billing.-Build and maintain long-term relationships with keycustomers.-Review drawings and client job documentation in order togain an understanding of the project requirements and trades applicable toArrowhead.-Convert measurements and all information, perform analysisof collected data and metrics, convert those metrics into established pricebooks with descriptions.-Schedule selected trades efficiently with awareness forcreative cost-saving opportunities.-Document job progress and confirm customer satisfaction atjob completion, conduct post job walks where required.
