My team manages the cost modeling, as well as the monthly and annual margin forecast for Rembrandt Foods.

Main area of responsibility was developing, creating and analyzing production data to include batch reporting, downtime reporting rework reporting and inventory control. I was able to drive production efficiency by lowering downtime at the plant and increasing run size to minimize plant loss as well as improve capacities (increased contribution to fixed). I was the lead for the integration of our ERP system, completing production and planning functions to improve order metrics and supply planning. Improved overall supply balance, resulting in improved market conditions.
