To ensure success for each individual franchise group, this role focuses on three key categories; People, Member Experience, and Brand Equity.Supporting and partnering with 100+ franchise-owned locations to build relationships with, identify areas of improvement, and deliver performance plans to increase profitability which often includes overview of location and DMA KPI's and P&L'sConducting site visits to ensure quality of the member experience and compliance with brand standards.

Guide Franchise locations with compliance of brand standards in operations and store development for 300+ franchise-owned locations in the greater North East. (New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, & West Virginia)

Responsible for the overall business success;*Increasing SSS, managing P&L's, recruiting and training store managers, and operations compliance.

Oversight of new Corporate store openings

General manager for multiple corporate locations.

Responsible for merchandise and sales inventory management for 20+ locations throughout New Hampshire.
