Cedar Point Health has allowed me to take risks in support of a physician-led effort to grow. To date, all have come with great rewards. We are growing the organization at a rapid pace to meet the needs of the community. We continue to improve processes in the practice for efficient and high-quality patient care. Provider and patient satisfaction continue to increase. I'm passionate about developing a primary care model that is efficient in its operations and effective in its delivery of a high quality product. In our little corner of Colorado, we're striving to achieve the Quadruple Aim. We've developed wellness services, a revenue cycle management service, doubled the revenue of the practice two plus times, and improved many care delivery processes. I have used evidence-based management to develop and execute a strong strategic plan which sets up Cedar Point Health for long term sustainability. We have created new services lines including behavioral health, care management, and physical therapy.

I recognized a need for high quality medical billing and coding services on the Western Slope and worked with physicians to create a new company from scratch to meet that need. The company provides professional, high-quality billing and coding services for medical, dental, and health practices. As an administrator of a medical practice, I am "​in the trenches" daily and know the needs of care providers with regards to revenue cycle services. This has allowed us to create a unique offering for health care providers looking to increase cash flow and maximize reimbursement.

As a founding member of WSMMA, I believe that development of a community of great healthcare leaders is key to success. Individual success cannot come at the failure of others. WSMMA strives to help develop healthcare leaders by developing a reliable professional network and a series of educational events.
