I am a multi-faceted professional with 15 years of leadership under my belt. From my days as a student body president in high school, my service in the United States Army, and as a lead volunteer on multiple large projects for the Redding Chamber of Commerce, to a Sales Executive with Bonten Media, I have always found the most satisfaction and motivation in standing on the forefront of a project. I can be a tenacious team leader or the strongest team support member; whichever is needed to get the job done right.I am an avid public speaker and am asked regularly to host or emcee events for various organizations, businesses, and non-profits. I enjoy the time of preparation and planning that goes into making these events engaging and enjoyable for those in attendance. My time serving as the host for the weekly Redding Chamber of Commerce Greeters has helped me to sharpen this skill which has transferred well into my career where I am reguarly required to lead group training sessions as well as lead sales presentations to groups and committees.I am responsible for $250,000-$450,000 in sales annually. I work closely with regional and local advertising agencies, as well as small to medium business owners in developing effective marketing strategies with the goal of increasing profits and public recognition. The greatest challenge I face is finding ways to differentiate the branding for each company to separate them from the pack. There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all campaign for businesses in a specific industry. Finding the creative solutions which make these companies stand-out is a hard fought battle, and for me; the most enjoyable facet of marketing.While I'm not at work I enjoy playing my guitar, causing trouble and adventure with my kids, and competitive bass fishing on many of the beautiful fisheries we have in Northern California.
