I am an online marketer and endurance sports enthusiast. I co-founded, and manage RunGuides.com, a website that millions of runners use to find running races and run crews across North America. Here are three fun facts about me:- I have a lava rock from Hawaii that I put in my shoes the night before big races for good luck- The PB that I'm most proud of is my 6:59 beer mile- Every time I go out for a training run I challenge myself to high five at least one other runner going the opposite direction.
