I learned the ropes cooking creole and other southern favorites in Memphis and New Orleans. I love sport fishing and tinkering and wish I were a better gardener. I'm saddened by the fact that no matter how good I think I get, my biscuits will never be as good as Gran's were. My favorite nicknames I've gotten over the years are Cleetus and Redneck MacGyver.
