I’m extremely passionate about finding better ways for employees to work by utilizing technology. Previously, I worked 6 years at Dell as an Actuary focused on developing Annuity and Life Insurance products. That consisted of creating complex Financial calculations along with collaborating with software engineers to develop and test the software enhancements. I really enjoy finding creative solutions by utilizing technology to eliminate mundane tasks that employees dislike but are necessary for the business. I bring a unique perspective and skillset with my varied background in Finance and Business Transformation. My background and skills gave me the opportunity to create an Intelligent Automation team from the ground up ranging from technology implementation, team hiring/management, and automation best practices. We have also expanded the teams reach outside of Finance to also support Legal, Sales, HR, and much more.
