Introduced HR information management to Corning. Selected and implemented PeopleSoft HRMS for all company locations. Completed the integration of all US locations by 2003 and all global locations by 2006. We have also deployed PeopleSoft Recruiting Solutions, Enterprise Performance Management, Enterprise Portal and ePerformance to our global locations. My current focus is on the strategical direction for our HR systems and the projects to drive to complete that strategy including identifying and selecting SaaS HCM vendors that will fit in the Corning culture and implementing that solution in concert with people and process changes needed to prepare Corning HR for the future. That vision has turned into a software selection and a project to replace out HR system with SuccessFactors.
