With over 25 years of experience in the refining industry, I am a passionate and visionary leader who is experienced in renewable and legacy refining. As the General Manager of Tidewater Renewables HDRD Refinery, I oversee the operations of the country's first renewable diesel refinery, which produces low-carbon fuels from waste and lipid feedstocks.In my previous roles at Tidewater Midstream and Husky Energy as part of traditional refining, I led the business development, lab, and process engineering teams, and implemented innovative projects, optimization and refinery debottlenecking. I have a strong background in process engineering, plant optimization, process safety, and refinery operations, as well as a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering. I value teamwork, business results, and environmental sustainability, and I aim to create value within existing refineries and beyond.
