I filled the roles of Mobile Device Manager, SharePoint Administrator, and Network Technician at Doyon Limited.As the Mobile Device Manager, I was responsible for the distribution and tracking of their mobile technology assets, such as smartphones and tablets. I also managed and administered their MDM software, MaaS360. I worked directly with their mobility vendors to work out the best possible deals for Doyon, and to work out any billing discrepancies we found. I also worked with their vendors to solve signal and technology based issues with their phones and tablets.As SharePoint Administrator for Doyon Limited, I was responsible for their SharePoint farm's server maintenance, as well as maintaining their current SharePoint environment and planning for future expansion. I worked with the VP of IT to develop new strategies and directions for their SharePoint environment.As a Network Technician, I triaged and troubleshot their user's issues with IT equipment and programs. I cleared printer jams, replaced dead hard drives, troubleshot MS Office problems, etc. Any and all computer based issues were in my domain as a Network Technician. I also managed their SCCM server and infrastructure with the help of a counterpart in another office. I built the images and application packages for their different offices, and handled the maintenance of the SCCM server itself.
