Wintertux is a 1200 square foot, three story, cabin located in the heart of the Sawtooth Mountains, 50 miles north of Ketchum, Idaho. The cabin itself sits at 8,000 feet above sea level in the Beaver Creek drainage overlooking a small creek near the historic ghost town of Sawtooth City.

Designed from concept a three piece folding approach ski system to allow snowboarders access to the backcountry without having to sacrifice their snowboard's performance. This system allows the user to ride the snowboard they already own.

Manage team of 5 promotion managers with direction given to Ski, Snowboard, Fish, Endurance, Mountain Bike, Road Bike, Surf, Climbing and Kayak sport divisions. Direct all Multimedia efforts including the Prospecting Idaho series and Great Days series. Manage all Social media channels, Facebook, Instagram, and Tumbler blog. Manage fiscal budget for entire promotions group including monthly reporting and forecasting.

Worked within the marketing and sales departments to create content for brand identity development. Film and manage all company video assets, design motion graphic files, and produce multimedia for marketing and sales opportunities. Identified, implemented, and produced Prospecting Idaho, a unique web series showcasing the Smith team and lifestyle. Developed cutting-edge web banner ads that applied flash video technology to a new market. Established the overall direction and scope of the Snow/Skate/Wake endorsement/sponsorship programs. Oversaw the development of grassroots sponsorship and promotion programs in all company sales territories. Pursued all PR opportunities in Snow/Skate/Wake and music publications. Worked closely with the sales group to target emerging market trends and develop strategic marketing initiatives in order to expand Snow/Skate/Wake distribution. Provided support to professional athletes by attending competitions and supplying product. Collected and analyzed product feedback from retailers and consumers. Responsible for all budget planning and execution within these channels of trade.
