Advanced study from OoM through detailed engineering and execution approvals. • Conduct multiple studies investigating new processes to recover Critical Minerals from the Kennecott or Resolution Copper value streams. Kennecott has successfully recovered both rhenium and tellurium as part of the Critical Minerals focus, and current studies are focusing on bismuth, antimony, titanium, tungsten, platinum group metals and rare earths.• Worked on teams preparing proposals to the US Federal Government seeking funding for development of Critical Minerals recovery in the US from Rio Tinto operations. Applications submitted to Defense, Energy, and Commerce Departments.

• Managed Metallurgical Accounting for Kennecott, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of actual production amounts and qualities, along with reconciliation of actuals against budget and plans. Coordinated biannual Sarbanes-Oxley audit of Metals Accounting Reporting with outside auditors.• Member of Evaluation Committee that examined internal capital project investment proposals
