Lead and collaborate with team members to efficiently set up conference rooms with requested table and chair configurations, ensuring seamless coordination with other departments.Maintain the physical appearance of all educational rooms, working closely with class coordinators to fulfill urgent requests and address any concerns.Coordinate with Environmental Services and management to ensure timely setups and takedowns after working hours.Oversee the setup, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of A/V equipment, including TV/VCR/DVD combos, camcorders, LCDs, and sound equipment.Engage in regular meetings with stakeholders to plan special events, discuss A/V equipment maintenance and repair, and address any issues of concern.Manage the scheduling and reservation of A/V equipment and core education classrooms, effectively communicating with managers and staff through email, phone, and direct contact to resolve potential conflicts.Provide support and programming for CCTV and conference call equipment as needed.Offer backup support for other technical areas and/or simulation labs within the facility or hospital.Maintain and repair A/V equipment, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.Respond promptly to all requests in support of the overall function of the hospital and/or facility.Manage the paid time off calendar, conduct regular meetings with team members and managers to ensure efficient and effective operations, and actively seek opportunities to expand your role and provide additional assistance to caregivers and customers.Qualifications:Proven experience in a leadership role within an A/V or related technical field.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentDemonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer serviceWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipmentFlexibility to work outside of regular business hours, as needed
