    - In 2014 we made the difficult decision to leave the joint venture we had established for production and start our own workshop to bring our bespoke (main) offering entirely in-house. This took our CEO to Shenzhen for the better part of 2014 and I was deputized with operational control of areas of the business.- My first challenge was to grow our capacity for handling alterations. Rather than hiring more tailors in house that we were unsure we’d need next season given the cyclical nature of our business I established a relationship with a third party. This has enabledus the ability to not only better serve our clients but do so at lower cost. - In November of 2015 I led our expansion to the UAE by partnering with key influencer clients to penetrate ADIA, the UAE's national investment company. In our first two-day trunk show we took in over $100k in revenue and prior to the pandemic would continue to host semi-annual events in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.- Launched our uniforms business which in 2021 which today responsible for approximately 10% of our total revenue and is steadily growing.- On the HR front, I successfully recruited a Head of Patternmaking in Sept. 2015- During this time, under my management we achieved same store sales growth in NYC of over 20% from the year before and 12% overall (2X prior year).

    After graduating college I made my way to Chicago to train as an actor at the legendary Second City Theater. I was not only fortunate enough to have been accepted into its conservatory program, but to also have been offered a job on the theater's staff. Having been afforded the opportunity to both work and study, I was completely immersed in the culture of the theater and spent nearly every waking hour in its legendary confines performing for guests both on and off stage. Despite all of the wonderful memories the highlight of my experience was certainly the theater's 50th anniversary event. It was then I had the pleasure of hosting many of our VIP guests and meeting some of our most notable alumni but I don't want to name drop. (OK - Steve Carrell and Stephen Colbert were awesome!)
