Chief Operating Officer
CurrentCurrent responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Collaborating with our CEO to develop and implement our overall strategic vision.- Establishing policies and procedures to operationalize the strategic vision that we have set forth.- Setting actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual planning- Overseeing daily operations and employee productivity ensuring team members thrive and we are performing in-line with our strategic objectives- Effectively recruiting, onboarding, training, managing, and retaining employees across the organization- Tirelessly iterating and refining our custom built CRM and ERP system (Salesforce) to drive operational efficiency and increase client satisfaction- Analyzing internal operations and identifying areas of process enhancement, then bringing change as needed- Directly overseeing all sales, marketing, product design and development functions, as well as assisting the CEO with HR, accounting, and other areas as needed.- Pursuing new business development and new market expansion.- Monitoring performance with tracking and establishing corrective measures as needed- Preparing detailed reports and using data insights to inform strategy and operational efficiency.- Maintaining and building trusted relationships with key clients, industry partners, and vendors.- Managing special projects such as costume design for TV, film and stage, as well as uniforms for corporate accounts.
