Boondocks Events, LLC was responsible for booking and managing the party/event space portion of The Boondocks, a beautifully renovated 100-year old building in downtown Youngsville, NC. Two partners and I started the event company. Eventually my wife and I bought out the other investors taking 100% ownership of the firm. We were fortunate to have an incredible team in place that helped us quickly establish the Boondocks Events brand within the community. The facility and the business were acquired by Rocky Top Hospitality in 2016 and is now known as Cross and Main.

Boondocks Boys, LLC owned The Boondocks, a stunning 100-year old building in downtown Youngsville NC. We purchased and fully renovated the facility, which sat abandoned for 40 years, as of 2014. The Boondocks building contained 4000 square feet of event space, as well as several executive office suites for lease. Our team did such a good job with the project that an investor approached us, interested in purchasing the facility. Sold in 2016, this facility is now known as Cross and Main. I was an investor and served as a consulting partner in the facility renovation.
