-Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team on an acute medical surgical respiratory unit to ensure optimal patient outcomes-Participate on committees to facilitate best practice in the delivery of patient care-Mentor and precept new RN staff to promote personal growth and development-Engage the staff in the journey for Magnet certification

-Oversee care for 27 patients in a telemetry setting-Cross train to acquire competencies in post-op gyn care, delivery, and the nursery-Participate in hospital quality improvement activities

-Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team on an acute medical surgical respiratory unit to ensure optimal patient outcomes-staff RN, Charge Nurse/Evening shift
