My position is to install all of the waterproofing solutions in basements and crawlspaces and supervise/train all other employees.

I currently own my aerial photography business and mainly operate as a contractor for companies or individuals. My most recent work was with Midwest UAVS, consisting of flying cell phone towers using a particular checklist and flight pattern to capture photographs for Dish Network. These photographs were used to create digital twins of the cell phone towers to make inspection quick and easy for Dish Network. I also have significant experience flying residential and commercial real estate.

I was responsible for the demolition of sections of the client’s basement and/or crawlspace and installing the proper solution to mitigate water issues. I was also responsible for communicating the entire process in a professional manner to the client.

I was the first face that the customers seen when they arrived to the golf course and the last. It was paramount to make certain that the guest started and ended their experience at the golf course with excellent customer service. I made sure the guest’s golf bag was set up on a prepared golf cart and to point them in the right direction for the next step of the check-in process. At the end of the customer’s round I would clean their clubs and send them off with a smile.

I was responsible for checking in all of the deliveries to the casino, delivering items to the different departments within the casino, performing weekly and monthly inventory, and data entry to aid in accurate inventory numbers.

I was responsible for supervising the loading/unloading process into C-130 aircraft, as well as securing the load and ensuring the weight and balance was correct. I was also responsible for performing airdrops of the cargo. As an additional duty, I worked in the Safety Office and received two awards for excellence after revamping and streamlining the safety handbook and protocols for the squadron.

I was responsible for checking in every item that was delivered to the casino. I was one of five employees out of over two thousand to be nominated as employee of the year in 2010.
