- Oversees 25 military, civilian, and contract personnel executing the operational test for the $1.7B RQ-4 Blk 30, ASIP and MS-177 programs. - Coordinates operational testing with program offices, Wings, MAJCOMs, Air Staff, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and multiple test organizations- Informs and advises Senior DoD leaders about RQ-4 acquisition decisions and identifies program capabilities, limitations, and deficiencies to aid the warfighter- As a Test Director, he leads operational, maintenance and engineering teams in the development, execution, and reporting of the $5.3 million ASIP and MS-177 operational tests.

- Develops, establishes and supervises the implementation of all NATO AGS training development procedures, plans, and programs.- Identifies and establishes the manpower, facilities and training devices required to implement the AGS weapon system.-Directs personnel and manpower actions in coordination with EUCOM J1 and is responsible for sustainment and readiness of 149 Joint positions. - Plans and executes test events support for DT&E and OT&E to attain NATO AGS Joint ISR weapon system activation - Directs and supervises multi-national force establishment to develop & meet NATO assigned tasking & joint intel requirements. - Supervises & directs navigation; coordinates airspace & has ultimate command responsibility for AGS air segment.- Manages/oversees operations resources during beddown of NATOs only joint ISR platform.

- Advises Group Commander in policy and management of $5.2 billion RQ-4 program; manages group correspondence, tasks and evaluations.- O-6's top admin officer for AF's only standalone RQ-4 Group with 740+ personnel across six locations worldwide

Flew 1800+ hours across multiple contingency operation, as well as worldwide mobility operations.
