I was responsible for security, knowing where all clients were, provided clients with information including their interiors, medical paperwork to leave the facility, medication counts, room searches, behavioral issues, how do deal with stressful situations, and was a bridge of communication between clients and management, as well as case managers.

My responsibilities were to cut and maintain residences' yards as well and landscaping homes and the four buildings on campus. I would also help the maintenance department on home repairs and building repairs. I would also provide various labors to help the residences to help them over come their lack of youth. This was a good company to work for and learned alot from this company, I really liked thier management style and how they handled issues with in the company and with their employees. I learned alot of skills that I can apply later in my career and skills that will help me in my personal life as well.

In my first season of coaching at paintvalley I coached the 8th grade boys teams, and in the 2013-14 season I coached the JV boys team. Both years I was also the varsity boys assitant coach. I learned so much by coaching these two teams. I learned the importance of fund raising as well as time management and have clear goals and plans for achieveing those goals. I gained a good understanding of reconizing talent and placeing talent that would put the player and team in good positions for success. I also recieved a greater understanding of the importance of communication with everyone who is involved and how helpful it was in achieving our goals, and it made a difference in the type of experience it made for the boys.

I was the varsity assistant for 4 years. I learned a lot from the head coach and helped me see a different side of team play then just rather being one of the players. I got a greater understanding of being a leader, how to communicate with different types of personalities, and how to get the most out of that peronalitiy. In my 4 years we had alot of success and failures but learned many lessions from both the failurs and success. I feel this experince will help me in a manager role one day.

I was responible for loading a specific truck with the packages that would correlate with that truck, and its route.

My responsibilies where general maintenance of the equipment, this includes paint guns, vacumes of the paint booths, the paint booths themselves and all other equipment within the grounds. I would operate a forklift to remove trash dumpsters , and on days when forklift operators where busy I would also help out in loading and unloading semi trucks. Because of my knowldege of all the different areas and departments I would also help other shifts when they were behind due to different reasons. This was a good experince for me I learned alot of different skills and learned a lot about different careers and some of the pros and cons of them. I think the skills I have learned I can carry with me in the HR career I am looking forward to persuing.

Some days I would cook on the line, and other days I would clean dishes and restock the different stations with in the kitchen as well as help out anywhere that I could.
