• Pinpoint and investigate fraudulent activities on transactions to prevent losses.• Detect / determine high-risk transactions and respond timely to mitigate potential losses by placing holds, restricting accounts, and recommending closures of account transactions.• Defend invalid disputes / chargebacks: prepare defense documents to challenge invalid disputes to Payment Gateways and Acquiring Banks.• Contact hotel to negotiate, contact customer to find out dispute reason and provide solution to customer.• Recommend alternative processes to Supervisors/Manager to further reduce losses.• Provide training and guidance to fellow team members.• Always maintain confidentiality of customer information.
