Principle Program Manager – Two independent Programs of work Global Vulnerability Patch Management • The goal of this program was to establish a global cyber-security vulnerability tolerance standard and bring the organization into compliance with that standard.• This program implemented global cyber-security standards based on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, defined & implemented various process improvements, organizational changes and systems integrations in support of the standard. • This program implemented significant upgrades to ServiceNow (VR) and Qualys (Patch Management & CSAM) toolsets. • Responsibilities included all aspects of program management including: project planning, global team coordination, 3rd party SOW development, communication with all levels of leadership, budgeting, procurement, financial reporting, testing & implementation. Data Center Exit – Cloud Migration • The goal of this program was to close two mega data centers supporting over 25K global users and 250+ applications by the end of 2022. • This multi-phase program first established a global asset inventory (Discovery) of all on-premise hosted infrastructure, the related applications supported and their application owners. • In parallel, the program then established a roadmap for each application to exit the datacenter by the end of 2022. Solutions aligned to the Cloud 5R’s framework – Rehost, Replatform, Repurchase, Refactor, Retire. • AWS, Azure and SAAS solutions were implemented. • Finally, the on-premise data center facilities were restored to their pre-lease conditions (circuit termination, disposal of data center infrastructure, racks, cabling, power, HVAC, etc..). • Responsibilities included all aspects of program management including: project planning, global team coordination, 3rd party SOW development, communication with all levels of leadership, budgeting, procurement, financial reporting, testing & implementation.

As Global Program/Project Manager, Cory works with all levels of a heavily matrixed global organization and project teams including executive management, business areas leaders, software development vendors and information system engineers. Project scope involved various aspects of IT deployments including: telecom infrastructure implementations, circuit upgrades, IPT phone implementations, full-life cycle application development and package selection. Cory was responsible for all area’s of project management including: requirements definition, feasibility study, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, 3rd party vendor negotiation/contracting/coordination, solution design, risk & issue assessment, solution implementation, scheduling, status reporting and transition to steady-state support. Cory is accustomed to managing several large scale project simultaneously.

Ameriprise (formerly a division of American Express) is a world-wide provider of financial services. IBM was engaged to migrate numerous systems to new infrastructure, data center and support teams. Migrated systems required development and multiple levels of system, capacity and end user testing. Cory was responsible for all aspects of project management for multiple system transition projects, including: project definition, planning, scheduling, budgeting, requirements, change management, issue management, construction, testing and deployment. Throughout the projects, Cory worked with all levels of a heavily matrixed, global organization including executive management within both IBM and Ameriprise.
