Responsible for ordering product, training staff on proper use and handling of product, conducting business reviews/audits. Completed case studies for advertising and marketing pieces. Organized marketing and education programs to create awareness of Standard of Care in treating diabetic foot ulcers.

Successfully completed Kyphon Spine Consultant sales training consisting of spinal anatomy, reading radiological films and cadaver training for Balloon Kyphoplasty for the treatment of vertebral compression fractures. Experience working in the operating rooms with surgeons, scrub techs, circulators, and c-arm techs. Also experience working with CFO’s, material managers, O.R. Directors, new products committee and purchasing managers. Other duties include film follow up of post operative films to referring doctors, organizing community education programs, peer to peer programs, and marketing for surgeons and hospitals. Organized, trained and conducted surgeon training courses for surgeons interested in Balloon Kyphoplasty and X-Stop.
