Co-Founded Fallen Dragon Studios which focuses on Virtual and Augmented Realty asset and application development. Achievements while in the position include;* Participated in and led the development of a Virtual Reality (VR) application to train cadets in patient flow processes aboard the mercy class hospital ship the USS Comfort. To include modeling a VR reproduction of the USS Comfort from blueprints and modeling various medical equipment.* Participated in and led the development of 300+ VR assets for the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) now located in the Digital Vangaurd asset library.* Participated in the development of 3D digital twin models and animations in support of a US Navy program for VR maintenance training for commercial dishwashers utilizing custom rendering scripts in the Unity game engine* Participated in and led the development of 3D digital twin models of advanced manufacturing hardware including various 3D printers and large scale 3 Axis gantry 3D printing systems and environments in the Unity game engine* Responsible for setting 3D VR/AR asset style guidelines and implementing physically based rendering asset pipelines utilizing Unity and the Substance software suite* Acted as program manager overseeing projects for the US Navy and US Air Force to include producing proposals, project schedules, budgets, and managed resource allocation* Identified and secured several opportunities within the military, including a 1 year / $1Mil sub-contract with the US Navy to develop a prototype patient flow trainer for the Mercy class hospital ships, a 2 year / $6Mil cap with the US Air Force to consult and supply VR/AR equipment to bases across the country and a 6 month / $250k sub-contract to develop a hybrid mixed reality advanced manufacturing monitoring system for the US Army.

Led a team in the production of 3D simulations for dismounted infantry in collaborative tactical, marksmanship and first responder training. Achievements in this position include;* Developed and maintained the project schedules, budget and tasking for several projects across the company* Responsible for the asset style guides and asset pipelines* Led and participated in the development of over 20 simulation environments ranging from 500m x 500m to 10km x 10km for dismounted infantry and vehicle based training* Led and participated in the development of 12 training environments for the National Fire Academy, intended to train first responders in reacting to different types of fires, chemical spills and various partial structural collapses* Responsible for the UX/UI design for several in house tools related to the proprietary Force game engine* Worked closely with the engineers to continually improve the visual quality, usability and performance of the proprietary Force game engine and related tools* Created various marketing materials including company presentations, posters, logo designs, interactive demonstration videos, video demonstrations, magazine advertisements, trade show booth design, banners, and trade show marketing materials
