I leverage my background in biology and biochemistry to understand the needs and challenges of my clients, and to collaborate with a team of certified and experienced therapists, educators, and consultants.Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, I spent over 25 years in the medical device industry, working for Aesculap and META Dynamic, Inc. as a Senior Clinical Specialist, Regional Sales Director, and National Sales Manager. I was instrumental in facilitating sales pipeline, launching new products, developing and executing strategic plans, and leading and coaching high-performing teams. I achieved multiple awards and recognitions for exceeding sales quotas, growing market share, and delivering customer satisfaction. I have extensive knowledge and skills in surgical navigation, orthopedics, hospitals, and operating room.
