I possess 10+ years experience demonstrating strengths in leadership, customer service, and as a professional trainer. I was in the education field for ten years, six of them in a leadership position as an elementary principal. In this role I was the lead point in maximizing all families customer experience. My ability to utilize soft skills while actively listening to each and every situation allowed authentic relationships to be formed. Another facet I take pride in are the growth achievements our school accomplished over my tenure. Each year I reflected on multiple data points to outline a year long professional development schedule, centered around district goals. I led weekly employee trainings connecting key objectives and relevance to their specific job duties. I included active engagement strategies with informal assessment checks to assure all employees mastered the targeted objectives. My leadership and polished public speaking skills opened the door for opportunities to present to district leaders, the Board of Education, and conferences.
