About Cory Rodriguez

I'm involved in human resources support and people operations, utilizing over ten years of diverse experience here in the city of Seattle. I have a special place in my heart for cinema and the arts, having worked with two of Seattle's well-known film organizations: SIFF and Three Dollar Bill Cinema. I am also very interested in craft beer and dogs which have led me to my positions at both Taphandles LLC and The Seattle Barkery in the past. Even though I mostly work outside the film industry now, I continue to stay connected through short film programming on a seasonal basis. I strive to ensure that new hires are welcome, employees feel seen/heard, and those who choose to move on leave with positivity. I continue to advance and diversify my abilities while promoting a happy and compliant workforce in an exciting environment.
