I was responsible for the web roadmap, defining and socializing the vision with the Design, Analytics & Data Science, Product & Performance Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and the C-teams to get buy-in across the global organization and then get it done. Our team focused on 3 core areas, Demand, Conversion and Brand Storytelling, using agile to deliver the end result. Our biggest successes included leading a complete redesign of Box.com, launching 6 new international sites, creation of the Conversion Rate Optimization program from zero, development and launch of a Box.com AI Personalization Engine for ABM in partnership with the Data Science team, revamped modular system within Drupal, overhaul of Box's Blog to React and an updated technical SEO infrastructure. As a result of the team's work, we saw a 31% increase in total pipeline, 105% increase in SEO pipeline, 27% increase in global SEO traffic, 154% increase in Japan SEO traffic and launched 90 A/B/multivariate/personalization tests that accounted for ~10% of total web pipeline.

    Moved to San Francisco as the first hire for Global Head of Organic Acquisition, I was responsible for building the SEO, Product SEO, web content strategy and app store optimization teams. Our core team covered the Americas, EMEA, APAC and China. Our team was composed of Engineers, Designers, UX and Production to drive organic user acquisition through Uber.com and the App Store.Our primary strategy centered around building out massively scaled driver and rider guides for the global operations organizations that would answer our customers questions, capture untapped organic traffic and reduce acquisition costs. One of our biggest accomplishments was overhauling our entire web strategy that included a custom built in-house CMS (Chameleon), launching 45 international sites, migrating ~1500 sites into Uber.com. We held summits in San Francisco, Mexico City, Amsterdam and Singapore where upwards of 150 local marketers attended to learn the CMS and launch bespoke guides across the globe. Combined, this work produced hockey stick style growth for organic traffic.

Project drove a ~15% increase in property page traffic and served as template for a global rollout- Sustained +30% YOY traffic growth for VRBO, at the time a ~20 year old site/business- Migration of ~30 sites to the HTTPS protocol - Development of a robust Share of Voice report covering ~60k keywords globally, including all top competitors for each market. Report used for all executive level reporting including at Quarterly Business Reviews with the C-team- Creation of HomeAway’s first unified content marketing strategy for HomeAway, VRBO and Vacationrentals.com, for user acquisition and organic link acquisition
