Member of the New Product Introduction (NPI) team responsible for developing and executing material supply plans for new products. Key activities includes the engagement of engineering, commodity, procurement and planning team members to identify and mitigate supply risks that could impact cost / timing / quality of NPI builds. Additional focus includes working with our contract manufacturers to ensure they are properly prepared for mass production ramp up.

Managed the complete product development cycle from award through end of life by leading the cross function team through the Production Development Process ensuring all customer quality and cost requirements were met. Focus was on the executing programs for new customers / new technology (i.e. LED lighting and control systems).

Primary focus was providing design and engineering direction to the team of product designers while updating internal processes to adopt to new customer engineering and documentation requirements.
