During my time as a Project Manager I was able to work additionally on the beginning stages of TDS expanding to new footprints via full fiber network builds. I officially joined this “new market program” team as a Project Manager in 2020 to help lead this endeavor as a full time position. In this role I applied project and process management skills to support the development, installation, and improvements for all strategic initiatives and special project assignments associated with the program. Helping TDS expand and succeed in new markets is one of the highlights of my career!

As a Product Manager, I was responsible for the direction of the adoption, growth and financial performance of the commercial video product line. I was able to help define and become the subject matter expert for this product line within the organization as well as collaborated with the marketing team and management to help execute the value statements internally to all sales and support teams and all the way through to our service delivery to all customers. A great bonus was developing the first business TV product at TDS!
