This position is located in the college’s STEM Center of Excellence. As Program Analyst, I am designing and implementing a multi-method program evaluation to collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess program effectiveness, quality, and outcomes; I will write a summative evaluation report to recommend modifications or additions for program improvement and success. As the Coordinator of the STEM Center, I am also the primary liaison for STEM fields of interest: I connect students with academic and personal resources including advising, mentoring, tutoring, counseling, and career services; plan, organize, and assign the daily work of 12 undergraduate staff; supervise 12 staff and federal work-study students by providing evaluations, training, and feedback; participate in hiring, discipline, and terminations as needed; and monitor, plan, and utilize multiple budgets (grants and institutional), including all required purchases and service contracts; oversee submissions and grant expenditures for the college’s Undergraduate Research program.
