Current■ 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁: Offices in San Antonio and Houston, Texas, this architectural firm of ≈20 employees specializes in space programming for the federal government and higher education institutions (>1,700 projects and >50 million square feet of planned space to date). ■ 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Illustrates detailed demographic information, labor market conditions, and charts forecasting enrollment scenarios for higher learning institutions■ 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀: Building/ room utilization analysis models, population and enrollment projections models, and space planning models■ 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀: Forecast population and college enrollment statistics.
