• Sourcing for USDC Core Business Operations team• Responsible for the sourcing of candidates on roles predominately in the Cloud/DevOps space including (AWS, Azure, and GCP) Engineers. Also worked on other skillsets including Network / Systems / Infrastructure Engineers, QA Automation Engineer, ServiceNow, SalesForce Admin/Developers, IBM Middleware DevOps, and more.• Consistently exceeding weekly and monthly KPI averaging 8+ submittals per week, and 3-4 placement assists per month. • Crafted e-mails, InMail’s, and other forms of contact with potential candidates while utilizing tools like our internal database (Avature CRM, and ATS), job boards (Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Clearance Jobs, etc.).
