• Manages third-party environmental consultants in the preparation of permits for multiple projects, including timelines, budgets and deliverables
• Reviews erosion and sedimentation control plans and design documents and develops standards
• Leads negotiations and communications with Federal, State and local agencies including FERC, USACE, USEPA, USFWS, state DEP's & DNR's, state SHPO's, etc.
• Works directly with construction project managers and contractors to inspect sites for environmental compliance from the construction phase through reclamation
