I am a training, education, and fire service professional with more than twenty years of combined public and private sector experience. My focus has been on instructional design, development, and implementation of training programs. I enjoy networking with professionals from similar industries as well as those outside my business experience to learn how to better incorporate best practices in training development. I am focused on providing the best training experience possible and increasing ROI. With an extensive background in education and training program design, I can assist companies in building and maintaining a higher quality training experience for both internal employees and external clients. My experiences in teaching and training program management have given me the opportunity to see both the facilitation and curriculum development aspects of a training program. I am very active in the community in several sports programs, and in my parish Our Lady of the Rosary. It is in these activities that I feel I am able to provide a service, give back to my community, and relax outside of a business environment. I also enjoy spending much of my free time with my family and developing a strong sense of family with my children.
