I am so happy to be able to work in mental health after an expansive and colorful career in all types of interpersonal coaching and advising. After running my own fitness business in NYC where I helped shape the physical health of countless individuals, I moved on to helping people find their public voice through my work with a media firm. There, I was effectively a ghost-writer for myriad clients and entities, trusted to mold what they wanted into real-world messaging. I knew that the next step in harnessing this natural gift for connection and trust would be through mental health and acts of service.
