I have a strong passion for helping others and driving business success. Some of my best work and accomplishments were achieved as Executive Director at Gold's Gym. After developing my own effective business plan to salvage a failing business, I was given the opportunity to implement and overturn the losses while creating a cohesive team structured for the company's success. In my first year as Executive Director, I was able to turn the company around, profiting after previous management's $250,000 deficit. In that same year, our Gym was named 2018 Best Health and Fitness Center in Highlands County, with competition from 14 other facilities.
